​From Humble Beginnings
Bastarache Auto Salvage is a family-run business founded by George Bastarache in 1965. From its humble beginnings, our company has grown and established itself as a reputable name in the used automotive parts industry in New Brunswick.
Starting operations from our home, we soon expanded, building a garage and filling our 125-acre lot with vehicles. By 1994, we advanced to a modern, computerized facility. Our growth continued with a 9,000 square-foot warehouse in 1998, followed by additional storage buildings.
The Next Generation
The business is now led by Jeremie Bastarache, George's grandson, and Jeremie Leblanc, the owner of Jeremie’s Autotech. Alongside younger cousins, Miguel Babineau and Gaetan Bastarache, are also very involved, having contributed to the business since their childhood.
The young duo have big plans in the near future for the salvage yard, like opening their very own mechanical garage in front of their current location, ran by Jeremie Leblanc and his team of highly skilled mechanics.
